Individual Mental Performance Sessions

In the same way we train physically for our performances, we can train mentally. Work 1-1 with a consultant to develop mental skills and tools specific to your needs and goals. Individual sessions are tailored to the individual, their sport / performance area, and focus on what will benefit them. Common topics include: motivation, focus, confidence, resilience, and more


Team Mental Performance Workshops

No matter the sport or performance environment, teams face a diverse range of mental and physical challenges. We work to help teams gain a mental edge by providing workshops specific to them. Common workshop topics include: team values, communication, goal-setting, team bonding, confidence, focus, and more.


Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement

We offer the MSPE training program for athletes and teams to develop and implement mindfulness skills to work towards consistent and optimal performances. Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE)® is a mindfulness-based mental training program for athletes, coaches, and other performers that can benefit them both in their performance area and in every walk of life.


School Mental Performance Workshops

Young people and students face challenges in many aspects of their lives. We help young people learn mental skills that they can apply now and as they progress through their lives. Common workshop topics include: understanding thoughts, builidng confidence, setting goals, overcoming challenges and more.
