Individual Mental Performance Sessions
In the same way we train physically for our performances, we can train mentally. We work with athletes, entrepenuers, and a wide range of performers to develop their mental skills and work towards their goals. All sessions are tailored to fit you and your needs at any given time.
We offer sessions in English, Swedish, agus as Gaeilge.

In developing your mental performance, you can:

What to expect:
After reaching out to us, one our consultants will be in touch to arrange your first session. The majority of our 1-1 work takes place virtually via zoom and each session is 60-minutes.
Regardless of your performance area, each session will be tailored to you and your goals and needs.
Some areas that we work with frequently are; motivation, focus, mindfulness, managing nerves, confidence, resilience, overcoming mistakes, stress reduction / management, and more!
